Kingsun Solar&wind LED Street Light Project in Nertherlands, on April,2009

Located in the main road of Rijssen of Netherlands, mounting height of 8 meters ,20 sets of solar & wind LED street light systems were installed by Kingsun in April 2009, including 96W led solar street lamps, 200W solar panel, 400W wind generator,200 AH battery and other accessories. Meanwhile, 20A/24 V controlling system is suggested. This system can ensure 10 hours working time per day, and 3-4 days constant working time in rainy days. Customers said that they were very satisfied with its good quality and operation of Kingsun lighting products, and especially compared with HPS, the uniformity and lux level were obviously impressive. This solar wind powered LED street light project is located in Yangjiang street, Anhui, China, in Feb 2010, with a length of 4 kilometers, 2 lanes in each direction, lights are of 4 meters pole height. Kingsun Solar LED Street Light Project in Huanghe Street, Jinzhou, on June,2010

Kingsun has installed solar LED street lights fixtures in Huanghe Street, Jinzhou, China in June, 2010. This solar-wind LED street lights project has a length of 15km with 4 lanes in both directions, lights with 8 meters height and pole spacing about 25m. With 10 hours daily working time, the system could work for 3 days with full energy stored in the battery even if cut off from exterior power supply. After calculation based on the local situation, we recommended KS-A084TX Solar-Wind LED Street Light system in this project with 150AH battery, 200W solar panel and 12A/24V controlling system.

Kingsun LED Tunnel Light Project in Foshan, China at March, 2008.

Kingsun finished its first LED tunnel light project ever early in 2008, in Foshan, China. For initial attempt and comparison, Kingsun replaced all the original metal halide light with LED tunnel light in one direction. KS-D070 series is applied with the tunnel height being 5.5 meters to replace original 150W traditional light. Obvious difference could be seen in the picture shown that LED tunnel light had higher uniformity and CRI, which assured driving at night safety.

This tunnel light replacement project is building in one of the tunnel in Jing Zhu Highway. With 2291 kilometers, it connects Beijing and Zhuhai, one of the most famous highway in China. The height of the tunnel is 7 meters, and we use KS-D112TX to replace the original 250W metal hailide light. Kingsun LED Tunnel Light Project on Chentang Expressway, Hebei, China, in April 2011

Kingsun, as the largest led tunnel light and led street light supplier, as well as an excellent total LED lighting solution provider in china, successfully finished Chentang Expressway lighting project in April, 2011. As one of important parts of national expressway network, this expressway has an overall length of 125.934km, 32m road width, double direction and 6 lanes, design speed of 80km per hour. After accurate calculation and strict spot-testing, we chose arrangement of 2 rows, opposite, median mounted and installed 536 sets Kingsun KS-E140TX (159W) LED street light in the island. In order to realize better road guidance, 6311 pieces led induction lamps were also installed. Kingsun LED Tunnel Light Project in Shenzhen in July 2011

Almost 1,000pcs of Kingsun Artemis series LED tunnel light were installed in the 120km highway LED lighting project finished in Shenzhen, China last July.
These LED tunnel lights shine for over 10km tunnel in along the highway, power ranging from 60W to 90W. Due to the heavy traffic in these tunnels at night, it requires a high lighting efficiency with good evenness and stable performance, where Artemis presents a perfect working effect. Kingsun LED Garden Light Project in Korea Oct, 2008

This LED garden light project is built by Kingsun in Incheon Park, Incheon, Korea. 84pcs of garden lights were installed after calculation and light simulation according to detail from the customer. As it’s a park and strong light was too much for the quiet and peaceful environment, we recommend the PL1A1036S5 series LED garden light, with a system consumption of 40watt and pole height of 4 meters. According to the feedback from terminal users, and compared to old HPS lights, electricity saved in the first month after installation reached 55%, compared to old HPS lights the light put is much more even and stable, which satisfied the users well and encouraged them to replace more lights in the park.

This High Power LED courtyard light retrofit project was done in Spain. Originally, the pole is 3M height, with 75W HPS light. Kingsun Venus LED canopy light BY1A070 series has been lightening a gas station in Poland days before.
This gas station is with a ceiling height of 14 feet, requires a high illumination uniformity and intensity. Our engineer recommended 80W canopy light with 70pc of LEDs, which could produce an initial flux of 7050lm and lifetime lasts over 50,000 hours. Kingsun LED canopy light project in Netherlands in October, 2011

In Oct. 2011, 30 pcs Kingsun Artemis LED canopy light has been installed in a tennis court in Netherlands.
This pilot project used Kingsun Artemis series - BY2G1070A2. This series of lamps is featured with Phillips power supply, system power consumption 140W, and cree chip CCT range from 4500-5300k. The tennis court is 36.6 meters long and 18.3meters wide. With Kingsun led canopy lamps, the illuminance of ground reaches more than 300lux.
The end users expressed their satisfaction on the working performance of these lights. This is also one promising project for the canopy used in the tennis court. More these lamps will be need in this kind of LED canopy light project.

Kingsun LED canopy light project in Japan in October 2011

Kingsun Artemis LED canopy light (model: BY2G2807) has been successfully installed in Taihoh Food Manufacturing Factory in Osarka Japanese in Oct, 2011.
Since the 9.0 highest-grade earthquakes happened in Japan on Match 11th, 2011, it has caused a serious damage on Fukushima nuclear power plant, and there was a great impact on environment and Japanese people due to the plant damage. Japanese government is planning to stop all nuclear power plants in Japan to rescue their dying environment. The policy has a serious influence on electricity, the electricity fee have to grow dramatically when the policy goes to effect. It provides a big opportunity for energy saving products. LED canopy lighting is one of the major products can be used in the field. Kingsun used 200W LED canopy light (model: BY2G2807, S1 Symmetrical optical lens, 7 modules, 17850lm) to replace the original 400W mercury light, replaced 40pcs LED canopy light in total. Our The Japanese customer was really happy to see the lighting effect and uniformity of our LED canopy light, save power and save money for him. Kingsun LED High Mast Light Project in Malaysia in Jan.2011

In Jan 2011, Kingsun got another LED high mast lights projects for airport lighting in Malaysia. The pole height was 25 meters, and we chose 204w TL1C series tunnel light to build the project. Before installation, our lighting design team did illuminance and luminance simulation calculation showing the customer what light distribution our flood lights will create and why this flood lighting configuration meet their lighting requirements. Kingsun LED High Mast Light Project in Shenzhen in July 2011

In the 120-km highway LED street light project finished in Shenzhen, China last July, Kingsun also installed quite a large number of high mast lights along the highway.
These LED high mast lights stands at the turnings, each with a height of 30m, 12 to 24pcs of Apollo RL2R 190W street lights on each pole. Due to the heavy traffic on these highways at night, it requires a high lighting efficiency with good evenness and stable performance. After on-site investigation and calculation, our engineer chose the right light distribution system as the solution, which eventually won high comment from terminal users.
As it’s a large-quantity LED street light project, quite a great deal of energy and cost will be conserved in the next few years, which would bring more opportunity for all the LED lighting manufacturers.

Kingsun LED High Mast Light Project in Jiangsu, China in Jan.2011

Kingsun launched its first high mast lights project in Lianyun Harbor, Jiangsu in January, 2010. This is an important harbor off east coast of China, with heavy traffic both on road and sea everyday.
With a pole height of 30 meters, we put 6pcs of 220W RL1B LED street light on each pole based on careful calculation. After installation, our lighting design team did on-site test and data showed the lighting effect was satisfactory with luminaire efficiency over 0.90 and evenness over 0.6.
This high mast lighting project is a milestone of LED lighting application of Kingsun. Kingsun could do more than regular LED street lighting project with upgraded lighting solution, and we all have confidence in it.

Kingsun LED High Mast Light Project in Korea in Sep.2011

After launching its first led high mast light project in Lianyun Harbor, Jiangsu in January, 2010, Kingsun successfully completed the high mast lights project in Dalian Shipyard, Liaoling Province in Decmember, 2010, marking the beginning of breaking into Northeast china market. After careful calculation and simulation with professional software, we decided to adopt 8 pieces new type module led street light RL1P (224W) at 25m pole height. According to on-site testing results by our design team, the lamp efficiency is more than 0.9 and the uniformity reaches 0.6, which completely meet with the desired requirements and prove that 224W kingsun led lamp can replace traditional 400W lighting lamp perfectly.
